1958 Scott Atwater outboard twin cylinder 16 hp. The motor fires when primed but won't stay running. Bought a new fuel pump for it however it must still need some carb work (float valve or so). Both cylinders have good compression. It will run with a little work. It's missing the tiller and was set up for console steering. Make an offer.
